Renowned Ghanaian female highlife musician and television personality Akosua Agyapong and her family have been forced to evacuate their home over death threats.
According to the veteran musician, she was alerted by her househelp about an inscription on her wall at her residence in Kasoa, Tuba which read “I will kill Akosua Agyepong, she will die this evening”.

She added that she had to evacuate her house with the family after reporting the issue to the Tuba police station.
Akosua Agyapong also disclosed that last two weeks after taking her car to the workshop, she found out that the bolt and nuts of her car have been tampered with and could have caused an accident.
She further revealed that her PRO told her last week that he received a call from an anonymous person who threatened to silence her and her entire family.
Akosua Agyapong disclosed that she has a very serious issue with the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO) and a court issue with Jonas Asamoah over land ownership.

She added that her first suspect is GHAMRO because she is currently fighting them over monies that have to be paid to musicians which the organization have failed to honour their obligations.
Akosua Agyapong further stated that the Ghana Police have provided 24-hour security services for her and the family and has started investigations into the matter.
